The exclusive 4-star boutique hotel & spa is housed in an 11th-century monastery built on the remains of the ancient fortified Roman city, itself erected to protect the Adour river running through the Gascony region. A primary objective in the building's redevelopment - by our partner based in Bordeaux, Buxus Design - was to respect the complexity and history of the premises, creating a unique atmosphere that would successfully marry refinement and authenticity.
